This is the most disgusting place. It is not the fault of the staff. There is not enough and they are overworked and underpaid. The food is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are so out of date. Crank out windows, window air conditioners that are rusted, metal stressors and night tables you can barely open the drawers and when you do, you will find rust inside. I had to actually request that my room be cleaned after three days of being there. I was disabled and had to wear adult diapers. I was taking water pills and had to go about every 15 minutes. Well, I’ll try to get somebody to change you every 15 minutes. That’s a joke. When I use the bedpan, it was not even rinsed out from the last use. Toward the end of being there I was able to go to the bathroom and the at from the toilet was sitting on the floor still full of urine. I would not feed the food to my dogs. And try to get some seasoning! Coffee is another joke. You can’t even get a decent cup of coffee in there. Patients are neglected consistently while the staff is buzzing through the hallways cussing and complaining about their jobs and coworkers. Like I said it’s not the fault of the people who work there. It is the fault of whoever the hell owns a place. I would like to see them stay there for just one day and tolerate what is expected to be tolerated by the patients. The working staff was polite and accommodating as humanly possible. Their idea of juice before you go to bed is curtains old and falling down, water down crystal light. That’s how cheap the owners of this place are. It is absolutely disgusting!! Please see photos attached as they show what the rooms are like. Their ads only show the “nice” areas of the facility. I would never, ever go back there again.

I am so appreciative that you do this as we are so happy to spend this time as a family with our mom Phyllis . Kudos to the chef. Everything was delicious and turkey was so moist. Thanks to everyone who served or helped
A little over a month ago, I decided to have my 90 year old father do his rehab at The Gardens. I can not say enough good things about this facility. The staff here is excellent and kept me well informed of any issues with my father. His team was very caring and called me with any concerns they had during his time here. My Dad passed away only a week after being admitted to the facility but staff took care of all his needs and were right there to make him comfortable. So many times, we only see the bad reviews and I wanted to make it known that my experience with The Gardens at Millville were very positive. I would not hesitate ever to have a loved one stay at this facility. Thank you to Amy Zalar and the whole team assigned to my Dad... they were very caring and attentive to my father during his stay.
We had an absolute blast with the residents singing, dancing and handing out candy (even taste testing a few pieces)! Thank you millville for such a wonderful event! The costumes were amazing and so creative!
The preparations, the food, and especially the staff were all wonderful. Thank you all so much for a very enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner.
