My sister was moved in for skilled nursing and PT. And OT. I was kind of skeptical after reading a couple of bad reviews. But, those who posted in the negative comments must have been a long time ago or isolated instances. I have found the most caring and kind and happy staff there. I have dealt with so many staff either on the phone or in person and I almost feel like they are part of my family, now. The place is very clean and I just could not be happier with the care my sister is receiving. My sis even comments all the time how nice everyone is. Wonderful place! Janis, sister to Linda

I came into the office to report an employee that works there about sharing medical records and telling hundreds of people on social media that I’m a disabled and making fun on me for it. I do not think it’s professional that you have someone working there like that . Also I try to tell in person but you guys ignored me and told me to tell someone else about it. I tried calling today a I’ve been hung up on twice. This business is not professional and they higher anyone who doesn’t care for people in the right way.
Horrible care. Could not provide pillow 7hrs after admission. Lost all clothing that was sent to laundry facility and no explanation or reason given if would get back after being discharged without 2 weeks worth of clothing gone. Medications not given correctly after receiving my mom without discharge paperwork from hospital. Unable to get administration on phone as phones roll to nursing staff to screen.
One staff member is a horrible person and she will make claims that your disabled child causes her child to be terrified. Would NOT recommend as long as she is a staff member.
My Mom had been in the rehab part of the Gardens 3 different times. The first time she had been in hospital and just needed to get her strength back. OT/PT are amazing! Very good group and my Mom loved them. They worked wonders. The actual facility is a PIT! Staff was average but not great. Staffed with travelers much of the time. Her room had a worn hole in the carpet. The bed controls were raveled. Faucets were covered in corrosion. Windows had built in shades that could no longer be opened or raised. No Sun shine at all. One day her dirty bed sheets layed on the floor for 2 days in a pile. They just walked by it. PT finally bagged it when I mentioned it. Food was TERRIBLE! One night she was nauseous so they brought her hot dog and pork and beans, REALLY? I had to post a note to staff so they would get her call light reachable.
