This Fresh Grocer is so unprofessional… I do a lot of my shopping online for groceries & this store is the absolute worst. Over the last few years the lack of professionalism has gotten even worse. First, they don’t have any delivery drivers to deliver the orders on time or better yet at all. 2ndly, the store’s online shopping manager opted to get my groceries delivered by door dash unbeknownst to me & when my delivery never showed up… I called the store & they told me my groceries were stolen & that I was out of $108 worth of groceries by the door dash driver. I was livid & opted to cancel my entire order… why would they expect me to take such a lost? When I wasn’t notified of the store not having at driver. 3rdly, with my last shopping order with this store last month… the driver lied & said he made my delivery & there was no answer & he took my groceries back to the store instead of leaving my groceries outside. I waited & received no calls from the store or delivery driver, so I had to wait more than 3 hours for my order to be delivered by another driver. You know if it’s such a problem getting customers their orders for deliveries, this store doesn’t need a online shopping department bc it’s very frustrating, problematic and unnecessarily over complicated. Everyone doesn’t drive or have time to come into the store for groceries. So if this store can’t find a better way to service the community, they need better, more professional staffing in all departments. It’s a shame the level of frustration involved. I have a problem with every single order & Frankly, I’m over tired of it. Please find a better way for online shopping with this store… bc it’s way too problematic. Thank you for listening!!!

I was Fresh Grocer this morning and saw prepackaged fresh corn on the cob in the meat section placed in between liver and ground beef. Why is Fresh Grocer displaying food that causes cross contamination?
Attempted to get a couple hoagies made here. Waited over half an hour and watched only 2 sandwiches get made in this time. When I questioned the manager why are sandwich makers taking 20 minutes to make a single sandwich I was told "That's how long it takes" The manager is not recognizable as a manager as he stands about 4 feet with a bad attitude and horrible presentation of himself. He wasn't groomed to be around food. I won't try this again!
Service, cleanest not to mention fresh food at a reasonable price at this local grocery. You know I love to browse the aisles, read, find those little gems. Never seen in other stores. Like this sweeten condense coconut milk, must try the sweet coconut, lol, in my coffee. Or the Italian own #1 bakery "Amoroso's rolls" soft and fresh, love it. Found in all the deli that make your delicious "Philly Cheesesteaks" more enjoyable...And fresh prepared meal that is cooked on premise. like tasty good season jerk chicken. You have to try it when in the area. Oh, if you have to follow a low sodium diet, lots of choices here. [Unsalted chips, pretzels, and many more]
I went in fresh grocer lin Cedarbrook Plaza to get a fish platter (new item on menu). The platter cost $7.00 I enjoyed it and went back 2 days later and the same Fish platter went up $3.00 more to $10.00. When the employee told me this I thought he was joking. How can they go up that much and the amount of food doesn't increase. Well the food is good, but NOT that good. I can't believe Mr. Brown is price gouging like this, so that was my last time going to fresh grocer for a fish platter. I found another place that's much cheaper, larger portions and fish just as good. Fresh Grocer, you just lost a frequent customer in your store. Sincerely, Very Disappointed Customer☹️
