Finding the right assisted living community for my mother was one of the most important (and emotional) decisions our family has had to make. From the moment we first visited The Fountain of Hilltop, we knew we had found somewhere truly special. The staff are not only professional and attentive but genuinely kind. They treat my mother with respect, patience, and compassion—like family. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s not only well cared for but also engaged and happy. The facility is always clean, warm, and welcoming. My mother especially enjoys the daily activities, from group outings to crafts and music, and she’s made real friendships there. The meals are well-balanced and she actually looks forward to them, which says a lot! What impressed me most is the communication. As someone living out of state, I’m always kept in the loop and feel like I can reach out anytime. Whether it’s a health update or just a kind message to say she’s doing well, it means the world to us. The Fountain of Hilltop has truly become a second home for my mom, and a huge source of comfort for our family. I couldn’t ask for a better place for her to be. A Huge shoutout to Jo who hugged me when I needed it and helped me through one of the hardest experiences I've ever gone through-she truly is the face of the Fountains and I am forever grateful for her!

What a Blessing! The staff , community and residents of the Fountains have truly been a Godsend for my Mother. She thanks me daily for the opportunity to live in such a special place and her "New Home." My mother has blossomed mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually since her arrival at the Fountains. Every day I hear of her new experiences, special friends, activities and all about the tremendous staff of the Fountains. My Mother is thriving at the Fountains and we are so blessed that she has the love, attention, help, support, guidance and friendships that she needs. I highly recommend the Fountains and "Thank" them for the tremendous job that they do!
My mom has been a long term resident at the Fountains. She continued to live there after my dad passed away, even though she needed no added care at the time. It was about two years ago that she started receiving more than the basic care. She has made friends with both residents, staff and management. When she has had concerns for herself or other residents both the assistant director and director have listened and addressed her concerns. There are multiple activities daily. There are food choices at each meal and the kitchen manager was helpful with food labels when my mom needed a special diet. My brothers and I live in the Eastern Part of the country but we have felt the Fountains has provided mom the support as she needed it. The care staff have kept me informed when there were any health problems or other issues I should be aware of. The Fountains has provide good support for my parents.
The Fountains staff was very caring. They assisted my parents well most of the time. Particularly, When Dad was in Memory Care, one caregiver-Star was exemplary. She was kind and attentive to my Dad.
I would highly recommend the Fountains for a loved one. My dad felt like he had a family there that was looking out for him. The staff went out of their way to make him comfortable.
