Moving your parents or loved one into a community is a hard decision and process. We moved our Mom into the Forum at Park Lane two years ago and it has been an amazing experience. The staff and residents go above and beyond to make your family member welcome. Today we celebrated our Mom’s birthday in their dining room and it was a parade of residents and staff coming to give wishes. The dining staff is top notch! They always make our Mom feel like a queen. 👑 We feel so lucky to have found a home and community knowing our Mom has made great friends and surrounded by such caring staff. 💙

Elegance at its pinnacle. This establishment sets the bar very high both in terms of outstanding decor and patient experience. If you have the coin for a wonderful place to spend your twilight years, definitely look no further!
Our mother has been living at The Forum since 2015. Originally she resided in Independent Living but more recently she has moved to the new Assisted Living building. Both the Independent and Assisted Living buildings are bright, well decorated and inviting. We have found that the meals served are of the highest quality and taste for a Senior Living Facility. The Staff in both Independent an Assisted Living have been great with our Mother and the staff really pay attention to the individual needs of the residents. We also received a lot of support from the Forum during her move-in transition, which was very helpful.
As all families, we were very hesitant to move my now 90 year old mom from her condo in Sarasota Florida to Dallas where my brother’s family and mine reside most of the year. We live in Preston Hollow, and I heard from my friends about their positive experiences at the Forum with their parents. We found a beautiful one bedroom in the independent living section. We decorated the apartment with mom’s favorite furniture and pictures. She felt right at home instantly. The staff and residences have been so kind and helpful to mom especially during the last year! Mom loves the food and the companionship. I feel like she is safe and can still function as she wishes. If we are unable to take her to an appointment, they furnish a ride. We as a family, could not be happier with our decision.
Good Morning, Sonia, Just a short note to let you know how much we appreciated Ali's assistance in getting us moved in and situated in our nw home. She has been fantastic to work with in every way - cordial, efficient and always with a smile - high kudos to her! The staff has been outstanding and helpful as we fumble our way around The Forum in getting acquainted and familiar with our new surroundings.
