This is a senior living community. I think you have to be over the age of 55 to live their. There are a ton of amenities available to the residents, including massages, manicures/pedicures, pool, full gym, and a very nice common room. If you chose an apartment on the upper floors, there is an elevator available to get you or your parent up there safely. Parking seems to be a little challenging, but there are apartments that come with a garage. I'm not sure if the garage is available for individual leases for all apartments. You'd have to speak with Amanda, a super cute lady, for more details. Just don't tell her I said that :)

I have been trying to contact this complex for the last 4 or 5 weeks and submitted a request for a call back and no one ever contacted me. I also went I the office I. March inquiring about a special that was advertised on their website and was told that the special was no longer available and quoted me a price that was almost $500 more, however it remained on the website until the first week of April. The person in the office was not accommodating at all and especially when I told her I was on a fixed income she made me feel as though I was not able to afford to live there. Until this day, I have NEVER received a response from the complex. I called on Friday, April 4, and spoke to Trina and she took my information down and said she was filling in for someone and she would forward it to the and they should contact me on Monday or Tuesday and that was a week ago, I still haven’t heard anything from them. Trina was very pleasant and professional.
I have lived here since January. Response for requests are handled quickly. Residents are very friendly.
Horrible management. I was told 2 weeks ago I would be getting an email about my move out expenses that I am disputing. I have not received any documentation in the mail about my move out. I had to stop by and get a print out. That’s the only way I knew they are trying to collect over $3000 from me for false charges and allegations. The security gates were constantly broken. Anyone could enter the premises at any time. Vehicles were broken into. My meds were stolen from my doorstep. I constantly felt unsafe because the gates stayed open. We didn’t have access to our pool or the entire pool area, grill, tables, etc for several months. With no explanation. But yet I paid amenities fees every month. The many fees we have to pay are ridiculous. I paid a valet trash fee of $25 even though I didn’t want the service. Since I lived alone, and was gone all day for work, my trash was only picked up about 2 times a month or less. But yet I paid $25. A big waste of money. Also paying for amenities and don’t have access to them. This complex is very poorly managed. I am still waiting for an email, or a call to be able to speak to someone. When I called and asked for an appointment to go in and speak with management, I was told I would get an email. I’m still waiting. I am one very upset customer.
I’m really lost for words!! Mrs. Katrina Adams went about an over with the process a helping me with all the paperwork and the things I needed to make my move very very smooth! every time I needed a question answered or didn’t understand something. She was very helpful and getting the information that I needed and every time I left a message for her to call back, she responded in a decent time always willing to help and this is a very nice place to live, and I am excited that I am a part of this for him community !!
