The people there are very snobby and they look at you like you’re not even worth nothing. Just because that place has money they look at you up and down when you walk through that door. I don’t recommend this place to anyone not even to work there or to bring your family member to live there. Bring them to the garden house of Anderson. They will treat you great and better than this place!!!!

After looking around, we found Foothills to be the "class act" of retirement homes in the area. My Mother went seamlessly from a beautiful independent living cottage, to a 2 bedroom independent living apartment, to skilled nursing care. My family appreciated the warm, friendly, comfortable and well maintained facility and surroundings. The staff and administration work hard, and are very successful at making it feel like home. As with any place that tries to address the wide-ranging needs of a diverse senior population, not everything goes perfect. But my family did find the staff and especially the administration to be genuinely caring and very responsive to any concerns.
My mother Lois Bowens recently spent two weeks in Rehab at Foothills after a two week stay in the hospital. After a previous stay at another facility located in the Easley area I really was not looking forward to her being placed in another nursing home. To my surprise Foothills was an amazing place. The accomodations were exceptional and the staff were attentive, warm, caring and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I come in contact with that may need any type of Rehab or a place to stay for assisted living. I would absolutely recommend families in need of senior care to seek out Foothills (Presbyterian Community) as option for continuum care. I would also be willing to share more information on my family's experience if requested.
My husband Tim recently spent 3 weeks in rehab at Foothills after 2 major orthpaedic surgeries. Having been the primary care giver for my mother and her sister for a combined 16 years in separate nursing homes I really was not looking forward to the stay. My former experiences with family and friends had left a bitterness toward nursing facilities. To my surprise Foothills was an amazing place. The accomodations were exceptional and the staff attentive and warm. Rehab exceded expectations. They had my husband ready to come home much sooner than we expected. Thank you to everyone there.
My mother lived in the Healthcare wing at the PH in Easley for 3 years - they are compassionate and trustful care givers. It's a beautiful facility and the staff and residents are wonderful. While no retirement community and nursing home may be perfect, this one did all they could to help my mother and our family through some very difficult times.
