However, all buyers should be aware of all HOA fees before buying into this residence. $3600 a year for HOA fees for The Fairways; - $2600 a year for fees to Savannah Quarters, and $ 3000 a year for minimum membership to the Savannah Quarters' Country Club whether you use the Club or not. I bought my home in December 2012 for $ 270 k and sold it in December 2016 for $ 222 k. This is verifiable. My address was 104 Kingfisher Circle in Pooler, Georgia and can still be found on various marketing tools. This was the worst investment I have made and it will take many years for me to recoup some of it. I had a wonderful real estate agent who did her best to sell the house at the best price and as quickly as possible. If you intend to live at The FAirways for a very long time and don't mind losing money, and can afford the incredible mandatory fees, then it might be a good solution for you. But it is not a good investment as buyers are aware of the huge fees nowadays.

It's. OK place to live. I'm disappointed on how we have absolutely no input on anything anymore. I know if things could change the residents would feel more inclusive. I know I would!!
