My boyfriend was sent here for rehab after his left leg was amputated. The staff from management to the cleaning staff and cooking staff are fantastic. The management are quick to answer all questions you may have. The nursing and aide staff are very empathetic, professional and go above and beyond. The kitchen staff are very friendly and the food is terrific. They also show compassion for the residents by asking how their meal was, what they could do better in serving them, and are willing to take time to listen to their needs. Even the cleaning staff are compassionate about the residents care and concerns. I know the building is old but don't let that get in your way when touring the facility. The care for your loved one will be a good experience. One that will leave you with peace of mind. My boyfriend has since moved to another facility, not because he didn't like it but his rehab was over. He tells me everyday how much he misses Twin Rivers. Keep up the amazing job. We miss you

My dad had lived here for around 3 1/2 months before he passed. He would tell me that the staff was very kind and helpful. He told the cook that the meals were really good. They took good care of him at his end of life, making sure he was comfortable and making sure he received what he needed. Once he passed the staff was VERY caring and supportive of me. It meant a lot. They walked me through his last few days and helped with my processing of it. I am thankful. The rooms and place are not anything fancy, but it was just fine for my dad. He didn’t mind that. Thank you staff for taking care of my dad, John.
You walk into this place and your first impression is, it's a DUMP. However the staff, nurses, and social worker are outstanding. They care and are very attentive to the patients. When my mom pushes her call light someone is here in less than 8 minutes!! I have had 2 loved ones here this year. Shame on the corporate owner!! Minus 1 star is your rating! Paint alone would make a huge difference. You have an amazing staff. Do you want amazing ratings for your facility? Get on with the needed upgrades. You have a diamond in the rough here! Cheryl
I was there in 2021 for Rehab and on the T.C.U. and I had a issue with only 1 or 2 staff there and Marylou took care the staff issue really quick..otherwise all the staff were very caring and loving there.. Marylou, is my most favorite social worker in the world!!! "I LOVE YOU & MISS YOU Marylou!!" Would I come back if Rehab was needed? HECK YEAH!!
The Estates at Twin Rivers is an excellent facility with a great staff that goes above and beyond to care for the residents to make sure their needs are met. Management does a wonderful job keeping the facility running smoothly and provides high quality customer service for residents and their families! The nurses provide great care for the residents, I would highly recommend choosing Twin Rivers!
