People should know that this care home has frequent turnover of the leadership. People should know that pretty much everyone is placed at the highest level of care meaning the highest charges. People should know that they don’t provide good oral hygiene. People should know that there is a difference between private pay and that you will have to move when funds have been exhausted because they are not Medicaid approved. There is lack of housekeeping at times . Training of care staff is lacking and it appears the strategy for handling behavior is to never engage unless absolutely necessary. I will say that the directors of fun provide the personal attention so needed in their confused state. In addition we were back charged for a higher level of care and then blamed that it was really my fault for not meeting to sign earlier.

My mother in law has been at this facility for 4 years and although the facility for the most part is adequate the care received at this facility is not good. They are charging her for the highest level of care they offer but she is not receiving the care she is paying through the nose for. They don’t assist her with the basic necessities like brushing her teeth and bathing regularly. They don’t get her to get up and walk, we have to pay someone to walk her separately from the exorbitant cost she’s already paying. This place doesn’t care for her wellbeing and it is nothing more than a money grab. We are investigating other alternatives that will give her the level of care she is paying for. I couldn’t in all conscience ever recommend this facility to anyone who cares about their loved ones well being.
The Enclave at Chandler was a wonderful experience for my mom. She was a resident in independent care and also later in assisted living. As a woman who was paralyzed after a stroke, the caregivers in assisted living were kind, attentive in caring for mom and her special needs. The med techs and nurses were very responsive and professional. The weekly appointments in the building salon made her feel beautiful and gave her dignity. The weekly music events, crafts and on site church service gave quality to her life. Mom’s journey came to end recently, however, I know during her end days she was happy and safe.
We feel like Enclave staff took good care of my mother in the Memory Care Center. Catherine and Devie were especially kind. Hunter is a great asset at front desk. My mom passed away peacefully at 95 last month. Thank you for your compassion.
Enclave at Chandler is a wonderful assisted independent and memory care living facility. I enjoy the community and fun and smiling staff. I work there with dedicated employees who really care about their residents. Activities galore and safe and friendly place to be.
