E The facility was always clean. The staff were kind and attentive, making her feel comfortable and cared for. My grandmother stayed here and the care was out of this world. very attentive nurses who took the time to meet her individual needs. therapy worked with her to hit her personal milestones and get her back to where she needed to be. the food being good was just an added bonus. would definitely trust them with her care again if needed
The management staff is very friendly and attentive. The nursing staff is kind and caring. They are organized with social workers and dietary consultant and more. The place s very clean and well maintained. The physical the and occupational therapy is very well managed. The place needs some improvements as to the food and having activities downstairs for the short term stays. Overall I had a good stay and I am glad to be home
I wanted to express my thanks for the care you provided to both of my parents during their individual stays. My mother before her passing told me how much she appreciated your level of care for herself. And with my father I witnessed a vast improvement of him mentally and physically. I would recommend your facility to others. Your staff made all the difference.
I just wanted to let you know that your nurse, Carolina, has been absolutely wonderful. She is very friendly and really seems to care about each of her patients. She makes it a point to know them and their families. She is always there to answer the family’s questions as well as make the patients feel at ease. It has made my MIL’s stay a much more pleasant one. Thank you for all you do to make patients and families feel more at ease during their stay.
