In my experience with the Eliot @ Troy, I can tell that they're really turning things around for the better. Over the past year the amount of positive change has been very affirming. I am grateful to have a hand in this process. The residents here are very unique and it's a blessing to serve such an amazing population! The Eliot requires people who are dedicated, and I feel they have achieved that with the current staff. Overall, a great team to work with.
I came to visit a good friend of mine and staff was very pleasant.And it was clean the the directory of staff was very nice and pleasant. My friend that I came to visit. Loves it here. She gets a long with all the residents that lives here. So that makes me very happy, because she is very hard to please.
They seem to be really trying unlike some assisted living homes I have seen. I've been visiting for about 6 months and I've seen a number of positive changes regarding activities, staff friendliness and renovations. You can tell there are budget limitations but they seem to be doing the best they can for the residents.
When I know someone who is looking for Assisted living placement for their loved ones I would recommend The Eliot at Troy . Though the building looks outdated from the outside there is some great things happening in that building . The staff that is working there now is amazing and the residents are great . It's clean and everyone is doing great .
