We love the Echelon of Medina! As an outside vendor partnering with their team to care for their community, they are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. They have the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. I'm always greeted with a smile at the front desk, and everyone is so helpful. The nursing and office staff are very accommodating and always go above and beyond for their residents. This team works vigorously to ensure their residents are well taken care of and feel at home.

The Echelon of Medina has a wonderful environment. There is a chapel, gym, library, pool/hot tub, pool tables, theatre room, activity room, etc. available to the residents. The building is kept very clean and the staff is friendly.
I cannot say enough great things about this facility. Clean and welcoming, really making it feel like home. The facility executive director, Chrissy, is absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond for the residents and family; ensuring you’re comfortable and at peace with having a loved one under their care. Truly a great place!
This facility has very friendly and compassionate staff members in each department! Everyone is so helpful when I’m in the building. I would trust them to look after my loved one in a heartbeat. The housekeeping staff keeps the facility exceptionally clean too. You won’t go wrong at The Echelon, truly!
Dear Adam and all the staff at the Echelon in Medina Independent Living Facility, I wanted to share our gratitude and review of our experience while our mother lived there. The Echelon is a wonderful family like community. We were greeted by residents with smiles and introductions from many on day one. The owners care. The staff cares and you can feel it. The residents are kind, fun, and bring a beautiful spirit to the Echelon. They have many amenities from fitness classes, to a pool, gym, restaurant like kitchen with a specialty diets. It is Safe and well kept. Feels like a Beautiful hotel that you don’t want to leave. The Suite our mother lived in was perfect for her. The transportation service and Cheryl were the best. The front Desk were always so kind and courteous. Everyone was helpful. The price was comparable to other places that were not as nice. My mother only lived there from April 2023 to September until her passing in Octobe but her short time there she was on 3 committees her most favorite was the potluck!! She made friends with many of the residents and staff during her time there. We thank Adam and all the staff who embraced our mother Lucille. She loved all of you and you made last months so very special. We could not have asked for a better place for her to call home. I would highly recommend Echelon for someone who is looking for a place for there loved one for independent living. They also have a skilled facility as well. The Echelon is always top of my recommendation list! Thank you again for giving our mother a wonderful place to live in her final days. Our family is grateful that a place like the Echelon exists because we searched and we found the Echelon had something special others didn’t. Bless all of you at the Echelon and the staff.
