My mom moved into the Independent living community at the Delaney 2 years and we all had a great experience. Very nice place and great staff all around. She recently moved into the assisted living community to get more support. It was an easy transition. The management team, move in coordinator, and entire staff were very helpful throughout the move in process . They are so friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend this community.
Where to start? Let’s start at the beginning. As a family we decided that we wanted my wife’s parents to be closer to us in New Jersey. The Delaney At Bridgewater was recommended to my wife and myself by someone in our family. Since they are in EMS they see many things at various places. Let’s just say the Delaney passed with flying color. So I reached out to set up a tour. I had the pleasure of meeting Jenn. From the moment I walked in I felt this would be a perfect match for my in-laws. She was great and everything about The Delaney was perfect. All we had to do was narrow down what type of unit would be best for them. A little while passed and I came back to show my wife and her sister. We all felt the same thing. So we left and discussed in depth and agreed this is the place. Especially after the home made muffins that was the icing on the cake. We moved forward and I got to meet Julia. I cannot stress enough how special she made us feel about moving them here. She went above and beyond anything that I could imagine someone to do in their job. Anything and everything that we needed she was three steps ahead of us. She made this very hard transition about moving them from a different state to New Jersey so smooth I couldn’t believe how smooth it actually went. A number of years ago I had moved my mother to a different place in New Jersey looking back I wish that place had a person like Julia. Thank you so much for having such professional people on your staff at The Delaney at Bridgewater.
The team at The Delaney did a great job communicating with me and my siblings. They always answered emails quickly and were very helpful dealing with the many questions we had. They were very helpful helping us to navigate the move in process. They greeted my mom very warmly and have made her feel extremely welcome. It’s been a wonderful experience for all of us!
We recently moved from a nearby assisted living community to The Delaney at Bridgewater. Thanks to the outstanding support provided by the moving coordinator both during the pre-move and the post-move phases, the transition was seamless. Julia G. was extremely attentive and responsive to all of our questions and needs. It was reassuring to have a contact person to text and call prior to the move and to have Julia walked through the usage of appliances and thermostat ahead of time. And set up internet and TV soon after we moved in. We truly appreciate the attention and Delaney's exceptional 5-star moving services.
