I am currently the Business Office Manager at The Delaney At The Vale and have been with the company for a year and a half and I will say I have never loved working for a company as much as I love working here. Not only are the residents so wonderful but I love my team from my Directors to my Associate ED and to my hourly staff. Delaney is not just another pretty face. The quality you see in the design and furnishings of the community is exceeded by truly exceptional customer service. The meals are of the quality found at a fine dining restaurant.Having lived in a less expensive Senior living community prior to moving to Delaney. You definitely get what you pay for My expectations have been exceeded in absolutely every area. The staff who provide care in Assisted Living go above beyond their job responsibilities in order to provide residents with a five-star lifestyle.
Our team had productive and friendly meeting with Diane Robinson last week. Think of The Delaney as Ritz Carlton & Four Seasons come to Woburn for senior living. It's an exciting project.
My wife and I took a tour of this brand new facility. It is beautifully designed and well planned. It provides one, two and three bedroom options. It’s also designed for Independent living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We are impressed with all the amenities that are included. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and informative.
