My mom just moved in and we are all so happy we found this place for her. Everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful and she has enjoyed many of the activities already. We hope it will be a perfect fit and she will be there for years to come.

The memory care unit could benefit from a structured activities throughout the day to provide cognitive and social stimulus that is needed for the residents. Hiring a Certified Recreation Therapist would greatly benefit the residents in the time they have remaining.
My family and I would like to commend the staff from administration, the Director of Nursing down to the one on one caregivers. My mom recently passed away but through all her health struggles, she was well taken care of and considered Crossroads her home. I wish she had more time to enjoy all the activities. We feel she was treated with respect and staff went out of their way to make her and the family feel special. We are forever grateful. Thank you for all your hard work.

After visiting many different facilities, Crossroads at Bon Air came out on top! We are impressed with the caring staff, the variety of activities offered and the genuine support of the residents. We feel all staff are advocates for the residents. It appears to be a happy and positive environment for everyone.
