Excellent Care and Management: My mother has lived at Courtyard of Centerville for over four years. The nurses and caregivers are excellent with her. She is aging now and requires much more assistance in all daily needs. The management team of Anastasia, Courtney, and Kiley quickly and efficiently meant with me to develop a new and better care plan to best serve my mom. All three ladies were professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my mom’s new situation. Together, we created a new plan for my mom to continue to be safe and happy. I highly recommend the Courtyard. From the moment I met Julie to tour the property and compete the paperwork until recently moving her in from out of state has been an incredible experience. They truly care about the experience for the family and the resident. The place is beautiful and well maintained. The entire staff is incredible no matter who you are dealing with. The real test has been my mother whom I have not seen her this happy in a long time. THANK YOU COURTYARD STAFF FOR BEING SO GREAT. Our experience has been nothing short of amazing….
My mother lived at Courtyard of Centerville for over until her recent passing. She lived in independent living, moved to assisted living and finally, memory care. All elderly care is expensive. Great care is worth every penny. I have nothing but happy memories and experiences with the entirety of this facility. From care givers (empathetic, caring and the absolute best) to the very professional administration. Courtyard of Centerville is fantastic and I highly recommend for any family facing end of life times. I miss my mom, but these fine folks made her last years, comfortable, secure and happy. In 2023, Kiley and Julie were a phenomenal team in the smooth transition of my mother to Courtyard. They provided answers to a variety of questions, and even scheduled a FaceTime tour, since she was currently living out of state. The care and compassion given were evident before we even arrived to her new home. Mom came as a new widow to an independent living environment of meeting friends, some with similar life scenarios. She quickly became aware of the opportunities for involvement within Courtyard’s beautiful living space, filled with comfort and encouragement. As daughter of a resident, I appreciate the genuine care and helpfulness of each staff member. Irene and Melanie have a sincere knack for the expanded duties at the front desk area. And what would mom do without Ryan to quickly tend to her occasional need for room assistance or help to hang a shelf? Emily is certain to offer a calendar filled with activity, to keep the residents occupied with choices. Thank you, Courtyard! You bless me through your sincere efforts that go beyond any checklist I had when considering the care for my mother.
My Mom has been in Independent Living for two years. We made the tough decision to move to Memory Care! The staff has been amazing in assisting with this transition! Julie was awesome! And her nurses Chris & Courtney have been so helpful and compassionate! Thank you ladies! You all rock!!
