I recently visited The Court at Palm Aire and had the pleasure of meeting with Sales Director Jackie Crawford while exploring options for my mom, who is considering a move from New York. Jackie was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything, which was especially helpful as this was my first experience looking into senior living. The community has been recently updated, and the residents were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend meeting with Jackie—she is wonderful!

I recently called The Court at Palm Aire to gather information about the facility, as I’m considering moving my grandmother there. This process is all very new to me, and I had a lot of questions. Jackie was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to listen and answer everything without making me feel rushed—a refreshing experience compared to others I’ve spoken with. I truly appreciate her kindness and look forward to meeting her in person and touring the facility when we’re in the area!
I recently visited The Court at Palm Aire while searching for the right place for my mother. I met with Jackie and she was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely interested in my concerns, and generous with her time. The facility is being upgraded and is looking great. It is definitely on our short list.
I love that my rent is low, 3 meals and I have made lots of friends. How much better can that be. The staff is amazing they gave me a warm welcome when I moved in. Akilah in the sale department was very helpful she always has a smile and is very helpful to my friends that are looking to move as well. I want all my friends to move here so they can be as happy as I am.
I recently toured The Court at Palm Aire while helping a friend find an independent living facility. After visiting three others, this one stood out. The facility is being upgraded, and Jackie Crawford, the sales director, was by far the most helpful. Highly recommend!
