I give the staff 5 stars, they have been amazing assisting me in moving my parents into the facility. From home visits, to multiple tours to emotionally supporting me thru the process. Mom and dad are also enjoying having people to visit with and everyone is so pleasant! They love the meals and I can even join them. Their apartment is very nice and spacious for all of their belongings. Also, nice and quiet. Life is so much better for them here.

This has been by far one of the worst experiences we have ever dealt with. The amount of neglect we received to our loved one should have been reported to the police. Our father in law stayed here for almost one month until we had him moved as quickly as we could. There were so many countless nights that my father in law needed help using the bathroom and he had to wait 2-4 hours to let someone relieve him. This facility said they fired the person, and we believe we were lied to because they said they fired them again? They told us this is not normal but it’s been normal for them the entire experience we had with them. Also please be aware that every night we tried to call the facility the phones were never on. Not one time could I get ahold an employee to ask how our loved one was doing. We have been apologized to so many times but nothing ever changed. We felt it was just because they didn't want to get into trouble not because it was sincere. I really advise anyone that is looking for care to please go somewhere else. You will regret bringing someone you care about here. This experience was a nightmare and I cannot believe this establishment hasn't been shut down or reported to state.
Took me place after place until I could finally find a stable home for my great aunt. Happy to say I think bishops court is it! You just never know what could happen and who to trust nowadays but due to the helpful caring staff, I don’t have to worry about that. The dining service also is amazing, my aunt is more involved than she ever was with activities and just being more interactive. She lost her husband a bout a year ago and it’s still is really hard for her but since bishops court , she has made a huge difference and starting to talk with others besides being stuck in a room!! Thank you , I recommend! !
My mom recently became a resident at Bishop's Court. I am very happy with all of the care and kindness they have shown to my family. My mom is very happy with her new apartment and all of the home cooked meals. She is treated with respect and allowed her privacy. I would highly recommend Bishop's Court as a place for you loved one to live!
I want to tell people how nice all the workers are at Bishops Court. All the workers make sure all the clients are treated first class. My wife's aunt Bev has been at Bishops Court for 3 years now and she is well taken care of, gets her medication in a timely fashion and always have good looking and good tasting food that is very nutritonal. Dede & Deb will always call us with any changes for Bev, wheter it is medication, health condition or that she may need something. I have no problem telling anybody that is they need an assisted living home for their love one Bishops Court would be a gret place to send them to.
