I adore Pacifica Senior Living in Lynnwood. I've been visiting there every month for the last 18 months providing the residents with a hands-on painting activity. The staff is so very supportive and attentive. They often sit with the residents as if they were their own family and give them words of encouragement as we paint portraits of local shelter pets needing homes. You can absolutely feel the love that radiates out from staff to client and back again. The environment shows one big happy family, thriving and enjoying their days together. My sister had the absolute best care at Pacifica. Lynnwood. All the caregivers and staff are exceptional. And they are so easy to talk to and work with. The residents there are treated like family. It is a positive, warm and engaging place for your loved one. During COVID, the staff were a surrogate family for my sister, and I truly appreciate all their loving care. She was blessed with people around her that truly cared. I cannot say enough about Pacifica Lynnwood - a great place for your loved one to be.
I have encountered Tammy the executive director 2-3 times before and I genuinely find her to be a very passive and rude. All encounters I had with her it almost felt like she was belittling me , on one incident I came to drop of a paper to her and she literally looked at me without saying a word and continued back to what she was doing acted like I was not even standing at her door for few minutes, very tragic considering her position!!!!!!
I moved my mother into Memory Care at Pacifica in October 2021. I am so glad she is there. The concept of having residents in cottages as opposed to one large building is wonderful. She truly is at home. The staff from the Executive Director, to the nurses, to the ones that do the day to day care, i have never seen a more dedicated, professional, and friendly group. My mother is given the best of care. I sleep soundly at night knowing that she is safe, happy, and well cared for 24/7.
This community is absolutely fantastic! I don't get to visit as often as I'd like given a busy schedule in Snohomish, but every single time I visit Pacifica Senior Living Lynnwood I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly, familiar faces. There's a lot of longevity here; some of the remarkable care providers have been working at this community for 16+ years, and the receptionist has been here for over 20! Bonny and her team do a fabulous job at making people feel welcomed and like part of the family. Thanks for always making me feel at home!
