My elderly mother moved in to The Cottages in Middleton in February and is very happy in her new environment. Considering she moved from Southern California I was expecting a huge adjustment which really didn't happen in large part due to the wonderful staff and the inviting and warm nature of everyone there. The fact that there are not a large number of residents helps a lot. She is receiving amazing care. Everyone who works there is kind, caring and compassionate. From the first I visited in summer 2023 to now, I cannot say a bad word about The Cottages and the exceptional people who work there. It was worth being on the waiting list and my year was made extremely happy when we made it to the top of the list and mom moved in. I cannot recommend The Cottages high enough. It is amazing!

I have been a part of the Middleton Cottages family for 5 years and I love it. From the very 1st time I walked in, I felt the love and kindness from staff. Nicole has been my Administrator for a majority of my time here. She is a great Admin who obviously loves our residents and staff. We have wonderful caregivers who care about the Quality of Life of our residents. I am blessed here.
The Cottages of Middleton is a wonderful "home" environment where they truly care for the residents. My dear 99 yo Mom has lived there for almost one year and she is surrounded by loving staff. During the restrictions on visitation, the staff has been Mom's closest "family" and she loves them that way too! The activities are creative and fun. The parties and celebrations are well organized and bring the residents together. Our family is grateful for a place where Mom can be surrounded by all the staff who love people and love what they do!
We made the tough choice to put my father into long term care almost two years ago. The selling point for The Cottages Middleton was the small "town" feel and the attentive staff during interviewing. They have not disappointed. Dad is very happy there and we feel that he is in a safe place and being taken care of. It is nice to have peace of mind on a good decision. Thank You Middleton Staff for doing such a good job.
