The Cottage is a wonderful place to work. The staff and residents exude positivity and enthusiasm with their friendly nature and it makes it a pleasure to come to work everyday.
I went in as an agency CNA. I was totally overwhelmed by the level of professionalism I was welcomed with. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. AND..... The Cottage at Litchfield Hills is one of the cleanest facilities I have ever worked. The staff is tremendous with the residents, and I was pleased that they knew every single resident by their name and not their room number. If you are looking for a home away from home for your loved one, I am definitely recommending The Cottage at Litchfield Hills.
