The rehab is pretty bad. They don't shower or change your loved one. Most of the CNA hide so they don't have to do anything. Alex William and Fred are great. The therapist are good. You have to make sure someone is there to see your loved one every day.
My mom lived in independent living for 6 years and has been in assisted living for more than one year. The staff continues to be caring and compassionate doing all they can to provide a happy and safe home environment. A variety of activities and outings are offered encouraging residents to engage with staff and other residents. The aides and management go above and beyond to take great care of my mom!
Most horrible place I ever encountered they act like it's pro Bono work and they don't recieve a paycheck very inconsiderate rude Employees if there's a hell on earth this is that place
My father was in the memory care terrace unit. The employees there took such good care of him. He was always bathed and looked great everytime we went . All employees are very compassionate and caring and gentle. They are very patient and take time to communicate with them. I would highly recommend this place because you never have to worry while you have your loved one living there.
