If you’re considering sending your family to The Commons or the Garland Road Nursing and Rehab, send them to The Commons!! The food is far better at The Commons, and supplies are fully stocked at all times. They have more staff and the administration is far more professional! I would send my family here over the Garland Road facility any day! (Speaking as a past employee of both facilities)
Honestly just sat on hold for 23 minutes waiting for a hiring manager to answer some questions after someone that I was later told didn’t work there was insanely rude AF when I asked to speak with the manager. Everyone I spoke to was very DISRESPECTFUL. Honestly -100/10
If I could give zero stars and still leave a review, I would! This place is HORRIBLE. I don’t care how short staffed you are, you are in charge of people’s LIVE’S! You should take more pride in your work and CARE for the people you have living there. I am so disappointed and disgusted.
