I recently toured and moved my mom to memory care at The Claiborne at Shoe Creek. I found the staff and everyone there very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful during this very stressful time. Jill Greig and Nurse Tammy helped me very much with making my decision to move my mom. The facility is very clean and very beautiful. The decor and the grounds are very homey and comfortable. Recommend highly.

This place is amazing. Just got a tour from Ms. Brandi and I have to say she is very professional and knowledgeable about the facility. I was shocked when she showed me all of the different amenities they had there. The whole staff is great and caring people and the effort they put into taking care of the facility and the residents is impeccable.
Just toured this facility! This place is absolutely stunning. So clean and well decorated! Under new management and they have a winning team. Tammy, the Wellness Director, ensures service plans are up to date and care is top notch! Tammy truly cares for all her residents and it shows! The Executive Director, Keith, continually checks in with his residents too. This place and their delivery of care is impressive!!
We were very impressed with The Claiborne and they were beyond our expectations. They answered all of our questions and gave us a tour of the facility. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. All of the residents we met were a joy to meet and told us all about their experiences there.
Beautiful facility but horrible place for the elderly.Undertaffed is an understatement. Any time we had a new resident we were never properly informed on needs, requirements, plan of care, nothing. There is absolutely no documentation being done there on residents as far as bathing, toileting, or incidents. Memory care is a nightmare smells awful l, AL is just as bad nobody is being checked overnight or during the day. And management is terrible nobody at that facility cares. Let me not forget about the roaches in the kitchen and dining room crawling all over tables.
