Chelsea at Shrewsbury is an awful place. My 95yr old mom was there less than 3 months and fell twice. Fracturing her hip and then her back, requiring her to be in rehab twice. Care givers gave little care, and were rude and disrespectful. Waiting time after button pushed could be up to 90 mins. Food is disgusting! Lovely building, awful care. BEWARE!!

My dad moved in here in December. He is on the memory care floor. It was a difficult decision for me to make but it is wonderful here. The Chelsea Shrewsbury takes excellent care of my dad. It is a beautiful building, the entire staff are caring and kind. It was the best decision I made for my dad’s quality of life. I highly recommend the Chelsea of Shrewsbury.

The Chelsea started off just fine. Then it started going downhill rapidly. The help was constantly changing. There were probably 3 different directors. The memory care unit was sub par. The facility itself is beautiful but the care is NOT good.
As a healthcare professional, I have collaborated with the Chelsea at Shrewsbury for many events. I have never been in such an immaculate facility in my years in healthcare. The residents in this facility consistently report that they are thrilled with the care and amenities. I would recommend the Chelsea at Shrewsbury to anyone!
