Excellent location! Close to shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities, which is extremely important to those of us over 55. Both the office and maintenance staffs are extremely conscientious, and quick to respond with any issue. Plus, they are a pleasure to deal with. The Chateau's amenities are excellent, and the property is well maintained and secure. It is, indeed, a pleasure being a resident at the Chateau.
The Chateau by Highlands has beautiful apartments and luxury amenities for resort-style living! This 55+ Active Adult Community offers several weekly resident events and activities that enable the residents to come together and form a close-knit community. The apartment, bathroom, closet, and kitchen/ living room/ dining room are large and have a lot of extras. Your apartment has a patio/ balcony, too. They have a 3-foot swimming pool. A lot of activities. My doctors and hospital are within 1 or 2 miles. I love living here at Chateau at Highlands, a 55+ complex.
I moved in to The Chateau about a month ago and absolutely love it! Its location is ideal with a lot of shopping nearby, they have frequent, fun events for residents (everything from movies with popcorn to muffins with mimosas) and the staff are fantastic. And the residents are terrific, friendly and fun to hang out with! If you are looking for a fun, 55+ active community to live it, The Chateau by Highlands might be prefect for you!
