The Charleston is an amazing Assisted Living facility! As a hospice nurse I get to be inside a lot of facilities, and the Charleston does it right! It’s very clean, they care about their residents, and provide an home instead of just a place to live! Jadyn, the Director of Assisted Living, spends so much time even after hours paying attention to details that impact the residents and their families for good!
I couldn't ask for a better community for my grandparents to call home! The care team is attentive, caring, and take the time to get to know the residents personally. I love how involved the director is! It doesn't matter what time, day or night she goes out of her way to make sure she is available for anything that is needed. I can't say enough about how amazing Mckenzie and the care team at the Charleston are.
I have the opportunity, as a CNA from an outside agency, to come to the Charleston on a daily basis. The Charleston is such an amazing facility for this community. Not only is a beautiful inside and out, the staff members care about their residence a lot! One staff member in particular that I think is super amazing is Jayden. She is part of the administration team here at the Charleston. She is always so loving and kind to the residence and makes it top priority to visit with them throughout the day. She always greets them with a loving smile and great conversation. Having Jayden at the Charleston is such an amazing asset to this facility. Jayden gets it thumbs up from me!!
Jadyn is amazing. She is detailed oriented and always gets the job done on time, even if it's a difficult or complex issue. Her genuine compassion in helping coordinate cares for the residents at the community makes for a positive and rewarding experience. Mackenzie's wonderful leadership and positive attitude are reflected throughout the entire staff. In general, the entire community is very helpful and welcoming.
