My dad has lived at the Bungalows for several months. He likes the administrator and staff very much. He often tells me how kind everyone is to him. The Executive Director, Paula, cultivates a family atmosphere. The facility is lovely, and the food is delicious. (Daddy often tells me about a meal that was “so good!” ) The hair stylist does a very good job with his hair. He says that he enjoys sitting on the front porch visiting with friends he has made. Today, he told me that this was one of the best decisions he has ever made and, if he had it to do over again, he would make the same decision.

My dad has been a resident of The Bungalows at Springdale for about two years now. The first year he was in level 1 care, and received great care. For the last eight months he has been in level 2 care due to his increasing needs. There he receives even better care! My wife, Shirley, and I are incredibly happy with the care, attention, and affection shown to my dad. We are always surprised and pleased that, it seems, all of the staff know who he is and call out to him as we walk through the building. He is always telling us what good care they give him. He is happy and content. The staff at The Bungalows is kind, compassionate, and friendly. We visit several times a week to see my dad and always have a positive impression. If my dad's condition would allow it, we would have him living at home with us. We are thankful for, and truly appreciate The Bungalows and the staff there. It takes special people to provide the patient, compassionate, care they give to their residents.
When I was making calls asking about places for my loved one to move to, I spoke to Toni who is the director of nursing at The Bungalows. She was extremely helpful and kind. Although ultimately my loved one needed more assistance than what is available at the Bungalows, I would have felt comfortable with the staff and facility based on Toni's professionalism, knowledge, and demeanor.
Our mom has lived at the Bungalows for almost a year now, and I don’t think we could have found a better place for her to call home. The staff are all very caring and attentive. They check in frequently on the residents each day to make sure all is well. There are plenty of activities and opportunities for residents to stay busy. All in all, it’s a great place!
My mom was a resident for almost 2 years. From the time she walked in the door to the time she left, the care was excellent. She lived in both the assisted level 1 area as well as the memory care level 2 section. The employees were kind, compassionate, and very good at what they did. They took care of my mom as if she was part of their family. I highly recommend the Bungalows in Springdale to anyone that needs this type of care. -Judy Harris
