Rakesha, the manager at the West Branch location, is extremely caring and gives 100% in all she oversees. She will work through any concerns or questions you may need answered and does so from her heart. The staff is wonderful and caring, and recently we had the privilege to meet the owner, Diane! My experience with The Brook of West Branch has been excellent. From the Administrator to the Aides to Dietary and everyone in between, they have gone above and beyond to make my father's transition the best experience possible. Whether you are looking for Independent or Assisted Living, I highly recommend this location.
