I cannot say enough good things about the Brook of Cedar Springs.My mother in law has been a resident of the Brook since they first opened, and we've been incredibly happy with the cares she has received. The staff is absolutely wonderful, compassionate, attentive and always going above and beyond. The manager, Michelle is equally impressive, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that any concerns are addressed promptly. It is clear that they prioritize the well being of the residents and Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere .Overall, the care at The Brook of Cedar Springs has been outstanding, and we feel so fortunate to have found such a great place for mom. The staff at the Brooke of Cedar Springs overall were great and provided compassionate care to my mother. The staff is caring and friendly toward the residents. The manager Michelle who is currently there is not effective in her role. She is very non-responsive to calls and shows a lack of compassion. During my mother’s stay and after she passed I left multiple phone and email messages with no response. When my mother passed Michelle walked by her room and expressed no condolences. I had to track her down at the facility the next day to find out the moving process after my mother passed.
The staff at The Brook of Cedar Springs is amazing. They treated my Mom with love and kindness and went above and beyond to care for her during her time there. They were so supportive of our entire family, especially when we were going through the difficult end of life stage. I can't imagine that a more caring team could be found anywhere else.

Most importantly, the manager, nursing and caregivers work closely with families to ensure that any health concerns are addressed promptly. It’s a relief knowing that my loved one is in such capable hands. I wholeheartedly recommend The Brook of Cedar Springs to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and supportive environment for their loved one. It has given our family peace of mind knowing that our loved one is happy, safe, and well-cared for.
The care that my father-in-law received from the staff at The Brook of Cedar Springs was wonderful. He loved them all and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to spend his final years. I highly recommend The Brook.
