The Bristal in White Plains has been mom's home for 6 years. She began in assisted living and is now in Reflections. She just celebrated 98 years. She has not only been well cared for but the staff has befriended her and advocated for her through the years. I love how they go above and beyond to show compassion and to work with family. I'm grateful for good management, attentiveness, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whenever I visit each staff member is most helpful. Thank you Bristal White Plains!

Everyone at the Bristal has been amazing! Dana and Judy were delightful! Michael Fernandez was wonderful and very helpful. Even Housekeeping was great! What a pleasure to be here... Big thanks to everyone! Pamela J
My mother is thriving at the Bristal and living her best life there. Staff are supportive and kind. We love Rena, the Director. The decor is up to date and very attractive. The grand piano in the lobby and dining room add a touch of elegance. Activities are culturally sensitive and stimulating. Off site trips to museums, theatre etc. are scheduled on a regular basis. We now have peace of mind knowing my mother is respected and well cared for.
When we made the decision to move my father into assisted living, it was not an easy decision for us/him. After seeing and visiting many assisted living facilities in the area, we made the decision for him to live at The Bristal. We could not be happier with our decision. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They truly care about the residents and treat them like family. It is never an easy decision when placing a loved one, but they walked us through the process and made the move-in seamless, always taking my father's feelings into consideration. He truly enjoys living at The Bristal and could not be happier. Thank you to all of you that care for him and make sure he is safe and happy. We are very thankful to have found such a special place for my father.
Bristal has made a huge difference in my grandma’s life, she loves it there. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is very considerate and go above and beyond to make my grandmother and my family feel comfortable. My grandmother is well taken care of and enjoys all the amenities there. Great job Bristal! And thank you for all you do.
