The Mother’s Day Brunch was a fabulous event. We loved the opportunity to share some time with family and meet other residents. The staff was so attentive and kind. A wonderful day at the Bristal!
All is great at the Bristal. Great and courteous staff. We had a Thanksgiving Brunch today which was awesome! Special shout out to Clare with respect the Brunch!
I cannot say enough positive things about Janani (Jai) Subramaniam. By way of background, my mother is on the Reflections Memory Care Floor. Jai is compassionate, thoughtful, efficient, and really cares about the residents. Even though Jai received a well-deserved promotion, she still takes the time to see my mother and provide me with updates. She goes the “extra mile” which is something few people do. Even from the very beginning, when we brought my mother to The Bristal at North Hills, Jai was there to make the transition easier, and she always kept me informed. Again, I am extremely appreciative of all that Jai does for my mother. Lastly, I would like to thank all the staff members for providing her with such good care.
Had a wonderful time at the Mother’s Day Brunch at the Bristal at North Hills. Sharlene and Claire were so warm and receptive when we arrived with my mom, and made every effort to make sure that the six of us had a great experience. The service was exceptional, and the buffet was varied and plentiful. A really fun time was had by all!
