The staff at The Bristal are compassionate, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and at home. From the friendly greetings at the front desk to the engaging activities, every detail feels intentional and caring. My grandparents have truly blossomed since moving in. They've made new friends, participated in daily events, and often share stories about how much they enjoy the sense of community. Knowing they are in a place where they are not only well cared for but genuinely cared about gives my family so much peace of mind. The Bristal at Massapequa is a beautiful community! I had the pleasure of being a part of a wonderful event that they hosted and the staff were very organized, friendly and professional. The food was absolutely excellent and I felt like we were at a 5-star restaurant! Jennifer and Kelly are so kind and caring and do everything they can to make sure you have what you need. I highly recommend The Bristal at Massapequa. They have so much to offer in their community and the staff and management are a pleasure to work with!
My family has been so lucky for the past 6 years to be a part of the Bristal in Massapequa’s family. The staff is attentive, caring, fun loving and responsive to my Mother’s needs. Our choice for my Mother’s care was an obvious one when making an important care and life decision and I would highly recommend the Bristal of Massapequa to anyone who is seeking care for a loved one or for themselves. These are heartfelt words. They are my angels every day.
My mom has been has been a resident of the Massapequa Bristal since mid June. Understandably my sister and I were quite edgy about her moving, however, after the initial phone call and first visit we knew it was in my mom’s best interest to move forward with the process. When friends and relatives inquire about my mom, my response is always: the care and friendliness provided by the ENTIRE staff exceeded our expectations. My mom who has always been (and still is!) a stickler on cleanliness and craftsmanship often comments on these points, as well as “how nice the staff is”. As mentioned, this wasn’t easy for us, however, we can sleep at night knowing my mom is happy and well cared for. Best regards and God Bless you all!
