Over seven years ago I was looking to move my parents, both of whom were diagnosed with dementia, back to New York to live in a memory care facility. I looked at several facilities which had been recommended to me, but after seeing the Bristal in Lake Success, my search was over. The building itself was brand new then, but still looks the same today. The staff were attentive and caring and kept me updated regularly about issues I sometimes did not even realize my parents had. It was tough to watch my parents' cognitive decline as a result of their dementia but a great source of comfort to feel I had done my best to look after them and maximize and preserve the abilities they did have by having them cared for by the wonderful people at the Bristal in Lake Success.

My Mom has been a resident at the Bristal for three months now. My brother and I are comforted by the warmth of the staff and knowing that she is well taken care of. We regularly visit and see first hand the attention paid to each resident. Moving Mom to the Bristal has been the best move we made to ensure her care.
I have a loved one at the Bristal. He is safe and comfortable. It is a community of very interesting residents. It is a community of A caring and professional staff. The facility is spotless and often festive. There are activities throughout the day ,all are based around memory care and respect for the residents. We are happy to be part of the Bristal family.
My mom recently moved in and we are loving the facility and all of the employees... the love and care they show for every resident is exemplary... the food is delicious, I just enjoyed a surprise to me pizza party and it was yummy!!! Anytime I walk around all I see is super clean... it's just amazing.
Safe environment, comforting staff, well maintained facility. Provide entertainment and daily activities for the residents. I have peace of mind knowing my mom is safe and well cared for. Thank you Bristal.
