The incredible program director at Bristal is Anthony Elia. (Typo in my earlier review) He has been such a star in helping my mother feel welcome and happy in her new community. His expertise and care for the residents is excellent. My sister and I are so happy with the Bristal. Our mom feels so welcome and is so happy. My mom Joan loves living at The Bristal Assisted Living at Englewood. My sister and I want to thank Anthony Alia, Lifestyle Director for welcoming our mom and helping her feel so welcome from the very start. His programming is so innovative, fun and nurturing all at the same time. Our mom loves attending the activities, parties and special events that Anthony plans and runs. Our mom's room is beautiful and so spacious and she loves it so much. Wellness is extremely professional and helpful as well as the Dining Room staff. She has made wonderful friends and is always smiling at the Bristal. Thank you for everything to the entire Bristal Staff, especially Anthony!!!!!
Moved Mom from NYC assisted living to the Bristal Englewood, NJ. My mom was completely taken after meeting Anthony! He is so incredible and vibrant - coming in on his day off to welcome Mom, creating so many amazing activities from Lunar New Year Special Events, to live music performances, arts and crafts, DJ socials etc His vibrant personality and sincere warmth go such a long way and really help mom feel included and comfortable and allow me to feel that she’s safe and happy. I’ve been working with the staff to create the conditions right for mom and they have been very responsive which I’m thrilled about. Wellness is checking on her health needs and giving her the support she needs. I look forward to visiting and each time I go there’s another staff member , activity, or resident which makes mom & I smile! Thank you Bristal Englewood and all you do to make us all so happy!
My mother was immediately welcomed to the Bristal Reflections Assisted Living Center in Englewood. The staff, nurses, and management work hard and have helped give me peace of mind knowing she is being taken care of. Although this has been a difficult time for our family, the warm welcome my Mom received and the attention they give her means so much! Anthony, the Lifestyle Director, does the best job planning fun and enriching programs and events for the residents. His energy enthusiasm and care is evident in all he does. His weekly newsletter keeps me up to date with what my Mom is doing each week and it is wonderful to know she is exposed to so many fun and engaging activities!
My mother has received excellent care at Bristal Reflections Assisted Living Center in Englewood for over five years. The staff, nurses, and management do an outstanding job of caring for her and keeping our family informed about her health and well-being. This past week, I made an unexpected visit and had the pleasure of meeting Anthony, the new Lifestyle Director. His energy and enthusiasm filled the room during a live Elvis impersonation event. The residents were genuinely engaged with the performance, and it warmed my heart to see my mom having a wonderful time. Anthony has elevated the lifestyle programs with thoughtful and innovative events, and I look forward to seeing what he has planned for my next visit!
