Mashawn and Megan in the business office and marketing are some of the residents favorite people and help the families all stay in the know of what’s going on with their loved ones. I have toured many senior living communities, but this one is lead with care by Caleb, the Executive Director. He is a man of integrity always working to ensure everyone is supported with love and care. Their staff is happy and they invest in technology and services to increase quality of life. I am not surprised, as I have continue to be impressed by Century Park as a company. But there is something about this community that is incredibly special. You can’t help but feel a sense of peace when you are in their presence. The Bridge at Ooltewah is truly an integral part of our community. With beautiful facilities both inside and out, a caring and kind staff, friendly residents, and an Executive Director that truly cares, The Bridge at Ooltewah is the obvious choice for your loved ones. When my loved one’s needs changed, the staff here was always one step ahead with innovative care and solutions for their every need. I’d especially like to thank Caleb for his professionalism and commitment to senior living leadership— he was an instrumental part of our decision to patronize The Bridge at Ooltewah.
The staff at the Bridge are simply AMAZING. My Mom receives a high level of care with continuous support, always greeted with a kind heart, and very well respected. They do such a phenomenal job with activities and celebrating holidays in what could be a very lonely time for some. The meals are nutritious & always sound delicious with a good variety to meet any dietary needs. Having her live at the Bridge gives me 100% peace of mind as we navigate our way through the stages of dementia. I would highly recommend the Bridge to anyone needing care for a loved one.
I have been very impressed with The Bridge /Ooltewah. My mother has lived there since they opened and has always enjoyed it. She stays busy with all the activities they offer. She has met many friends and loves all of the wonderful employees. They really care about the residents and go above and beyond to take good care of them and cater to all of their needs. They are definitely extended family members. I am comforted to know my mother is happy in a fun and clean environment and that she is being taken care of. ❤️
