THE best place to live with Assistance! My dad is in his late 90’s and has lived at the Blake for over a year. He is healthier than when he arrived. The administration and staff - health care, food service, maintenance and activities: all nice folks who are happily going about their day so, it’s a happy place that provides real care with lots of diversions- TED Talks in the theater, musical performers, field trips to interesting and fun places…also privacy in well built apartments BTW the food is great too!

I visited The Blake last week, Michelle Harry gave my family and I a tour. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all of the questions we had. We were impressed with the quality of living provided to the residents. They all seemed to be happy and content. Michelle was great, she made an unpleasant situation more comfortable and bearable. Michelle has a kind and warm personality and we truly appreciate her guidance, as this is the first facility we have visited.
The Blake is a wonderful place for senior living and aging in place! The employees are wonderful to work with. The residents are amazing to get to know and to hangout with during activities. Food is very tasteful and fulfilling! Go in for a tour and see it with your own eyes!
I recently visited the property to go visit some relatives and really enjoyed the property! The food was amazing they had lasagna the day that I was there and it was the best I've had! Michelle Harry answered any questions that I had about the facility and was very sweet! I can tell that the staff really cares about their residents! I would recommend The Blake to anyone that is looking to putting their loved ones in an assisted living!
Making family decisions are tough and stressful. The Blake was the right decision for the best care for our Mom, the original VIP. From the first phone call on a Friday evening to explore properties to move in and initial care - our family is extremely happy with The Blake, activities, facilities, food, care and overall professionalism. Carolyn took that first call and guided our family through the process. Set up a tour and gave us all information needed to make a decision. Carol provided a tour and made the financial requirements make sense and not intimidating. The tour closed the deal - and we toured many facilities in the area. Jessica the director was so kind and gave us the “real” lay of the land to insure our expectations met care levels. Everyone smiles at The Blake. The staff were so welcoming, caring and professional. Each person seems so happy. Salome came by and welcomed Mom. And Carolyn brought a welcome basket. So kind. The kitchen team were so cute and friendly and caring for Mom. From maintenance and EVS to exec and food services - we were overwhelmed we moved Mom in The Blake.
