Just deleted my 5 star review. Things started out so amazing here for the first 5 months when they opened. After that they started to experience turnover and lost so many incredible key staff members, and things have gone down hill. Communication, care, and attentiveness to residents are just not at the top of their priorities. 2 stars overall really because it’s very clean, smells great, good food, great volunteers and amazing residents life staff. What a shame. This place had so much potential. Hopefully one day they can turn it around again.

Before The Birches of Lehigh Valley was credentialed to open, I happened to wander into the building as I was looking for Assisted Living for my Mother-in-Law (MiL). I was so impressed by how I was greeted by Ramie at the reception desk. She warmly greeted me and made me feel welcome. Fast forward to 3 months later, as my MiL is now a resident, she has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Ramie greets any and all visitors with a smile on her face and it is obvious that she truly cares about the residents at The Birches!
Met with Samantha today she was wonderful!! She’s a caretaker overnight.
