I visited this third-age facility and was very disappointed by the conditions on the first floor. The smell was overwhelmingly strong, a mix of urine and food, and the temperature was uncomfortably hot. It made the environment feel very unpleasant. The basement level (B floor) was a bit more decent and better maintained, but overall, the facility needs serious attention to cleanliness and ventilation, especially in the main areas.

All the nurses are nice and pleasant. They are very caring and loving and I like the way they treat us all like family. I would give a 10 if I could. I have been here multiple times. I will always come back to The Belvedere for rehab stay!
It took them 6 days to almost kill my mom. If you can't visit your loved one's Do not send them here. It's as bad as the rumors believe what you hear. Yes, there are people there that do their jobs but not enough. While my mother was in their care attendants happened undocumented medicine was charged without notification to me the pcg. I left this building crying my eyes out when I saw my mother something was very wrong and I'm mad at myself for listening to them that they were going to do their job. I thank God my mother is getting the help she needs for a full recovery.
The nursing staff is nice and caring. It takes a awhile to get pain meds. The place makes you feel unwanted and they just want to push you out to the point you don't want to live anymore. They care more about the insurance than their patients. They only cared about getting you able to walk and then send you home, and do not care that you can still fell at home. I got discharged almost a month ago, and I fell four times at home with no one to help me. I am stuck on a walker and always in pain no matter what I do. I can't even sit in a car for more then 30 minutes and they do not make sure you are taking care of once you are home.
I speak on behalf of my mom who is doing quite well with physical therapy, occupational therapy. Staff are working hard to assist her in being comfortable. They go out of their way to take care of the patients including my mom even if they are short staffed. I feel that much support should be given to your staff with the hiring of more aides and kitchen staff specifically so the aides would not have to deliver food to the patient's rooms. By this way, aides can give their undivided attention to the patients. I have nothing but respect for staff theret and do not focus on the challenges here.
