The Beldon is a new active senior living apartment complex in Friendswood Texas. It is a gated community situated on N Friendswood Dr (518) just inside the Galveston County line. Unfortunately it is not yet completed due to the unusually wet and rainy conditions we have had. We were able to sign our lease late in January. There will be 108 apartments when all are done. They offer one and two bedroom apartments some with garages. The apartments have a washer and dryer in the unit. Stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher are furnished. The kitchens have ample cabinet space, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Our kitchen island has a breakfast bar on one side and a stainless double sink on the opposite side. Ceiling height in the living/dining/kitchen is 12 ft. Crown molding throughout. Spacious master bedroom closet with wonderfully designed racks for clothing and extra storage. The bath is roomy with plenty of drawers and cabinets. There is a community clubhouse, library, exercise room, theatre, a large dining room, lovely pool and outdoor area for activities of all kinds. All buildings are one story. The apartments are in buildings that have four or six units in them. We love it here and it will only get better as the apartments are finished and occupied.

Went to a wedding shower here and was so nice! Catered and very nice! Plenty of room.
Nice community with a nice, clean heated pool and outdoor pool tables.
