Beaumont is one of those places where on the surface, you see the potential and the joy that can maybe return to your mother's face. I put my mom in The Beaumont after she was unable to return to her home due to health issues and falling. I will start with the nice things about Beaumont. They did in fact, when I requested a furnished unit they did provide that since we knew my moms stay was going to be temporary. That was lovely. Their meals seemed to be decent but kinda repeated every week which my mother did not like. Now onto the concerns; The Cna's and staff seemed to care less and less for her well being. At first it was not assisting her with showers. Even if she refused, no one thought to let me know so i can come and help her myself. Also, there was a time where they screwed up the prescription for her pain meds right before Thanksgiving. And the pharmacy that they use refused to refill or even give emergency pills for a few days. Because of this she missed the last Thansgiving she could have had with her family. Unfortunately a few weeks later she passed away. I know this was not fully Beaumonts fault, but due to the actions and decisions that that were made, shortened my moms life. All in all, they are trying to spiffy the place up in hopes to create a better facade. In my opinion, I would just pay the extra 500 dollars and put your loved one in a better facility.

The Beaumont is wonderful. The residents are absolutely the best! The care staff is spectacular under a top notch managerial team. The dining staff is awesome and the food is delicious. The activities team is so caring and fun! The maintenance crew is attentive and swift with any issues that need attention. I have nothing but positive things to say. Keep up the good work!
The administrator Nate is one of the kindest and most loving people I know. He runs the Beaumont with care, compassion, and empathy. I highly recommend the Beaumont as a place to bring your loved ones.
My father has been with the facility for over a year now and we are all very pleased with the staff and the management team. They care about the residents and go out of their way to make my father feel comfortable. I can text to the care coordinators whenever I have questions or need anything and they respond right away no matter day or night. We reserved a room for my father’s birthday and everyone stopped by to say hello and wish my father a happy birthday. Recently, there was an issue with my father’s kitchen sink, the maintenance staff and the facility manager spend hours to fix the issue and made sure it works. Shoshana, who is absolutely my father’s favorite staff, came to visit my father whenever she can. I am truly grateful to the staff and management of this facility.
I am a hospice nurse and I have several patients at Heritage Place. The staff is amazing and treat the residents like their own family. Lots of activities to pass the time, great menu, just overall great place!!!! I know that my patients will be taken care of, even when I'm not there. I would definitely recommend Heritage to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved one. I would feel comfortable having my family members reside there. I visit different facilities every week and Heritage Place is one of the best!!!
