Great community, lots of activities, 3 meals a day, onsite therapy, spark program, and great residents! The residents go on outings 1-2 times per week. There is a nurse on property Monday through Friday, and on call 24/7.
I didn’t even want to put one star. But without this i can’t put a review. Anyway, my mom excitedly went for her “Orientation” today and my mom was filling forms and needed some information about password from me and my sister on call they looked at my mom weirdly and said you are great and sweet but i am sorry we can’t give you a job because we are uncomfortable with you calling someone else for your information. My mom was confused and said i had to ask about passwords and references from my kids to put the information. They said, “no why do you think we are here for?Why are you taking help from everyone so you are not suitable for this job.” My mom didn’t have to but she apologized and said Ive never had an issue before and i have worked my entire life and if i have important notes of Apple ID or anything i will obviously ask my family. The work she was supposed to do was not even for paperworks that they denied her. It was of a care partner. That is what is mind boggling for me. Me and my sister both work in a healthcare system ourselves and never in my working experience i have seen anyone do this. Extremely sad to see how some healthcare system are going downhill because how they treat people as employees. Also they wasted her day since 8:00-11:00 just to tell her that they decided not to employee her last minute and they should pay her for her time she was there.
Great! Small community, friendly staff and Directors. Very spacious rooms. Many activities and outing opportunities for the residents.
Great community, great staff that treats everyone wonderfully. The new floors look great and they only use nontoxic cleaner solutions from Viking Pure for the safety of residents, guests, family and staff!
