Westley, the previous administrator of Auberge, was outstanding in many ways. He lead with passion and was a true team member. He is the main reason I chose Auberge at Onion Creek for my husband with Alzheimer's to live out his life. The residents, staff, and families will miss Westley and the community will not be the same without him! I honestly will not recommend the community at this time.

Westley, the former director, was exceptional and one of the main reasons we chose to move my Dad into Auberge at Onion Creek. It is rare to find someone in leadership take such a hands on approach with the day-to- day care of residents. Whether he was serving meals, beautifying the property, or answering late night calls from family members, it was clear that Westly was passionate about his work and the families he served. He always went above and beyond, and it is a true loss to the community at Auberge now that he's no longer there.
The Auberge lives up to its reputation. The staff are conscientious and work tirelessly to meet the needs of the residents. The environment is loving and kind. I highly recommend this facility.
Auberge at Onion Creek sets the bar high for assisted living and memory care in Austin. From the moment you walk in, your're greeted by the concierge and managers with a warmth of professionalism that makes you feel at home. Residents are well groomed and can be seen actively engaging with staff in both one-on-one and group activities. Even living with dementia, one of the residents offered to guide me on a tour. The community's wellness team and care staff seem to stay busy with residents, but are always smiling and take time to answer questions to ensure every person at Auberge feels like they're an important part of the community. And I would be remiss not to mention the delectable aroma around meal times, classy decor, and overall beauty of the community inside out! As a healthcare professional and patient advocate, I've seen many assisted living communities across the country. So I know the "good, bad, and the ugly" when it comes to healthcare and senior living. This is why I can highly recommend Auberge at Onion Creek to anyone looking for assisted living and memory care in Austin. Keep up the amazing work Auberge at Onion Creek!
The staff at this facility dropped my grandmother from a hoyer lift during a transfer and neglected to notify hospice or the family. My grandmother died from her injuries according to the medical examiner. This is beyond unacceptable.
