The Auberge has been a vast improvement for my father. He was in a different living facility and when he moved to Auberge he was much happier, the staff made him feel welcome and his accommodations are excellent. My father also expressed how good the good is and how nice the staff are. I would recommend Auberge to anyone looking for a place to help an aging parent.
I have been a Volunteer at Auberge for the past year and have enjoyed getting to know the wonderful staff and residents. I visit with the residents regularly and often hear heartfelt stories about how much they enjoy living at Auberge. They feel cared for, protected, and loved by the staff. Recent facility upgrades make them proud to call Auberge their home.
My wife of 50 years had a very rough time last spring, crippled from MS and related maladies. I could no longer care for her at home. Following medical and personal recommendations she moved in to assisted living at Auberge at Missoula. The caring and skilled staff and administration did not give up on her, even after a rough start. Now, she has great friends and loves the aides, and life is much better for her and all her family. Thanks.
I have seen many positive improvements as an employee over the last year. Improved training programs, higher quality staff, cleanliness, cosmetic upgrades, improved activities, and overall morale both for the employees and the residents. Looking forward to continuing this trend!!
