Very ignorant hr team. I applied for a position on indeed and the response I got was so rude. no greeting no question as to why I was a no show. Life happens there could have a been a family emergency there could have been no way to reach out to let them know etc. not to mention I’ve heard and witnessed horrible things about the group homes I have several family members employed by the arc of capemay and those individuals do not get the care they are suppose to have.

My sister has been involved with the ARC for many many years. She is super happy and looks forward to all the fun activities they offer.
The ARC office is beautiful on the inside, the receptionist is a wonderful sweetheart. Their goal for creating an independent life for folks with physical and developmental disabilities is beautiful.
