The Arbors is a wonderful, beautiful facility! I work for Hospice Home care in Russellville and we have had many hospice and palliative patients at this facility. All of their residents have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility and staff, and we have also sent many of our patients there to live. They always have activities and different things for the residents to do so they feel more at home. The administrator Mitzi is absolutely wonderful to work with and has the biggest heart. She will fight tooth and nail for her residents and make sure they get what deserve. They become like family to all of the staff, and I can tell just by going in there and talking with them that they love all of the staff like family. They celebrates birthdays, anniversary’s and holidays with all of the residents and makes each and everyone one of them feel so special and like they are at home. I recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for somewhere to send there loved ones. I know it is hard to make the decision but here you will not be disappointed!
This magnificent Facility seems too good to be true! We moved my 85 year old father in to this independent living facility about a year ago, and it has exceeded all of our expectations. My wife and I had been looking for a place for my father for quite some time, once we met the very friendly and helpful staff we knew, without a doubt, this was the place! the grounds
This is a beautiful facility and very well maintained and all the amenities most staff are very helpful and accommodating. However the one thing that would keep me from moving my parents into this place would be the director Misty!! She starts out acting so kind and willing to accommodate and then proceeds to share personal information and gossip about the other residents to others at the Arbors. This is a independent living facility not a nursing home. However she takes it upon herself to use the cameras for bad instead of safety of the residents. She watches there coming and going as a way to blackmail them of things which are simply not the truth and might I add they are very derogatory! Such as accusing my dad and his dear friend that was a resident there as well that she was not running a w**** house!! Then admitted to me over the phone when I confronted her that yes she did in fact say those exact words!! As I see it this woman has no business being a director of anything!!
This is an exceptional place to live everyone here is kind and respectful. The manager is Mitsy she is willing to help you with all your needs. Come join our family.
