My Aunt lives there and she is having time of her life! She loves the staff and the director is absolutely wonderful! The nurses are amazing and so kind! The activities they have for the residents are engaging and so much fun! I’ve never seen such a wonderful and supportive group! I’m so glad my aunt is at this facility and it gives me so much peace knowing she is getting the best care out there!! My aunt has a group of friends she can hang out with and do these activities with and I just love knowing that she has met a wonderful community!! I cannot say enough good things about this facility!!

My aunt lives in the Reflections community there and it is absolutely amazing from the staff to the programs. My aunt is so happy and comfortable there. When family comes to visit the staff always has a smile on there face and we always get a hello and goodbye. The reflections director Michelle goes above and beyond not just for my aunt but for all the residents she is so welcoming she interacts with the residents as well as myself and family i can always reach out to her and get advice as needed so well she definitely has a way with them as well as patience HEART OF GOLD is what i will describe Michelle as thank you Arbors for everything you all do..
My aunt moved into the memory care unit almost 1 year ago. The care and love that she has received from the staff has been exceptional. The entire space is incredibly clean and welcoming and the food is fantastic. In addition, the staff has gone out of their way to ensure that my aunt can continue to pursue her passions in a safe environment. I highly recommend this community!
Everyone at Arbors has taken such great care of my grandmother and I feel as though they are all a part of my family. Everyone gets along and is always happy. Would 100% recommend the arbors for anyone who is looking for assisted-living or memory care for their family member.
Unfortunately memory care is short staffed and also doesn't have 24 hr staff. If your loved one needs a memory care facility look somewhere else. The turnover rate for staff is high and not enough care providers for the amount of residents on memory floor. The staff is very nice they just don't have enough. Several people had fallen including my aunt and they had no idea how she got bruised or hurt. Wouldn't recommend for memory care.
