My husband has been at The Arbors for only about 10 days now so he & I are still adjusting. All of the staff have been extraordinarily kind, thoughtful and helpful to him and to me as well. He has enjoyed the daily group activities. The facility is bright and cheerful with large windows and lots of natural light. I feel confident that he is well cared for and safe when I leave. So far so very good!
My Aunt's short time at the Arbors was everything I could have wanted for her. The entire staff was nothing but stellar. The Arbors lived up to its reputation and I would wholeheartedly recommend the facility to any family struggling with this devastating disease.
The Arbors was incredibly supportive during my dad's transition from the hospital and another facility. My dad was in the hospital for 3+ weeks primarily because he could not get into a Rehab Facility and could not return to his current assisted living/memory care facility. The Arbors worked with me to get my dad transitioned comfortably and settled into a new environment. They were supportive of both my dad and me. They were exactly what we needed for this chapter in our journey.
We had a wonderful experience at the Arbors. Staff is well trained, compassionate and very kind. Staff is very dedicated to patient comfort and communicate really well with patients and families. They work hard to make sure patient's needs are met. Loved the concierge physician and on-site physical therapy options. Facility is very clean and well kept. Food was very good. This is my second experience with a Benchmark facility, and I would highly recommend the Arbors and Benchmark to anyone.
