Addison of Narcoossee, formerly Benton House, is a top notch independent/assisted living facility, also has memory care. My parents were one of the first couples when they opened in January of 2023. IIt has been the best place for them and close to me. They are still independent, getting assistance with their medications in the last 6 months.. The entire staff there is amazingly caring and supportive of residents and family. Highly recommended to all.

We have our mother there and we are so happy with the staff and the facility. Gwen and Ashley have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Luz our mom's nurse is so caring. Thank you Benton House. Update: 14 Feb 25 Benton House has been become The Addison. Since becoming The Addison some of the staff have left, but most have stayed. The major issue has become the food that is provided to the residents. The quality is suffering. Many times my mother tells the servers to take the food back and she goes to her room and eats some cereal. This has become an issue for over a year. When the management is asked what is being done to fix this problem they say it is being worked on and that there is no timeline for the issue to be fixed. This is really sad for the residents there due to the fees they pay for staying there.
What a beautiful place! Everyone we have met has been so kind and friendly. My Mother-in-law is staying there and couldn’t be happier. The food is pretty good, and there are so many activities each day. The staff is caring and attentive. The facility is new, and the decor is just gorgeous. It’s just so comforting to know our family member is happy and well taken care of now. We also want to recognize Kalvin, Stephanie, Heather, and Jessica who all take great care of Mom. Cindy, the Executive Director, is always quick to answer any of our questions or emails. Thanks again for all of your kindness!
My mother in law has been a resident at Benton since July, 2023. The staff is caring, available and consistently provide quality care. The facility is clean, welcoming & offers many diverse activities. Recently , my mother in law was hospitalized while I was out of town. The staff, specifically Heather, Alvin & DeMarco were fantastic communicating with me & coordinating her return. Once back home, she received platinum care with Nelly, Vanjo, Shana & Komal for her first few days. Each person provided her the care and encouragement needed to help in her recovery. Words cannot express my heartfelt thanks to each of you. May you receive abundant blessings in return for your kindness.
